Review by Student, 20 : I want to love it but... 
I want to love this steam iron. It makes my hair look amazing, not even my $150 chi made my hair look this well-styled and still healthy looking. But it also stinks like a clothes iron when I use the steam (which is every time i straighten) and it also makes this weird fan noise...I'm hoping I don't have a defective product? It does make my hair look great though, so **** is well deserved.

This flat iron gets your hair soo pin striaght it could almost be a bad thing for some people! i like my hair pin striaght but if you like a lot of body this is probably not for you! in my case, i love it. Ive been a hair stylist for over 10 years and this is the best flat iron i have ever used! ive never seen my hair as straight as it is right now ( this is the first time ive used it) . another thing is, the steam really does make your hair soft and not dry and brittle feeling like most flat irons do. i wouldnt recomment this for anything other than straightening, like waves or curls tho cuz it has flat plates. overall, i love it, if you have coarse or very curly hair, or even fine hair, and like it very striaght very quick, try this flat iron!!

I have owned a CHI for years, but my hairstylist tried this kind of flat iron on my hair and I just loved it! I like that it has an option available to adjust the heat setting to fit the needs of your hair. I also like that it has a little compartment to add water to help "steam" your hair as it straightening it. I use this more and more now. I usually do not have to blow dry my hair; instead I wake up the next morning, after I'ved washed my hair from the night before, and use the "steam" to help straighten my hair. It's been a great product! Everyone in the house fights for this straightener and we have two other CHIs in my household.
