I received my chi nano, but not until about 4 wks after ordering it. I chose this seller because all of the other feedback said how fast their items had arrived. Not really sure why my order took so long, I did email the seller and never received a response.

I've had this flat iron for over two years now and it works great. I've used other irons from the Chi line that my friends own, but this one is teh best by far. It heats up quickly and doesn't pull your hair like other flat irons do. I go over my hair a maximum of 2-times and it's super straight. I love this product and highly recommend it.

i originally had the chi turbo and loved it. I bought this one after a run in with the tub. I have to say i like this one just as much but better because it feels so much lighter
